1. If you can’t make yourself happy, make others happy. The smiles on their faces help iron out your frowns on your forehead. Before you know it, you are already one of those happy people.
2. If you feel like you cannot catch up with life, take small steps at a time. Being in haste only worsens the situation. Like reading a book, if you slow down your reading pace a little, you’ll discover more details as compared to when you are racing against time.
3. Taking a stroll outside can help ease your stress. Enjoying nature’s beauty is so much better than staring at the computer screen all day long. Imagination can never compensate God’s creations.
4. Breaking your habit once in a while is fun. If your habit is to drink a cup of coffee every morning, then have a cup of tea for a change (which I already did today!)
5.Writing something to inspire people is a noble job. I recently bought a book ‘Life’s Little Detours’ written by Regina Brett and she managed to open my eyes to positivity. Sometimes, we think too much of our own misery that we don’t realize of others’ sufferings. So, here I am, writing a few learned lessons as my contribution to the society.
Be happy always
